HOW TO CRACK JEE

After UPSC , JEE is the most toughest exams in the country. it requires ones dedication and hard work with some pinch of smart work too. many students had a lot of questions about JEE . in this block i will answer all your questions. and also about how you can crack jee.

Is Coaching is mandatory for JEE ?

many students had a doubt in their minds about a coaching for JEE. the answer is that , it depends on you. if you think that you need a extra help or guidance in your jee preparations then join a coaching. but it is not necessary that after joining coaching you will probably succeed. i remember one of my friend who joins a popular coaching of Kota for his jee preparations but still land on a all india rank of 100,000 and plus…so coaching has not any jadibutti that after drinking you will surely succeed. it is a totally wrong concept. Cracking jee simply needs a dedication that means a regular study for atleast two hours. cracking jee solely depends on you and not on coaching.

Plan a Schedule

we know that it is hard to stick on a particular thing but preparing a fix schedule for study is the basic need for cracking a competitive exam. what you have to do is , choose any two hours from your schedule and do study regularly in those two yours. and do whatever you want to do in whole day. but just study in those two hours in a regular basis. it will surely improve your patience level.

Practice last 15 years questions paper

one of the key to succeed in any competitive exam is to practice last year papers. same applies for IIT JEE. if you regularly practice last year question paper , then you will get to know about the difficulty level of exam. practicing last 15 years question paper will be enough to crack the entrance exam. because there is enough variety in papers. mostly concepts have been repeated in the exam. always remember question can be changed but concept can’t.

Solve Conceptual problems and numericals.

In JEE, mostly questions are in the form of numericals. jee main has a simple variety of numericals but jee advanced has conceptual numericals which works on only on concept. and they are bit complex too. try to complete HC Verma for physics(both parts). it has plenty of numericals that works on concept making. Remember only concept will help you. so build your concept first. and for maths N.C.E.R.T is enough for basics and for chemistry N.C.E.R.T is like a god. once you done with all subject N.C.E.R.T textbook, then go for any higher level book.

Attempt various sample papers

suppose if you try well but didn’t succeed because you don’t know how to use computer. then that will be the worst thing for sure. so practice ample of sample questions paper on your computer. because not only JEE but all exams are usually in online mode. so make your speed on online computer and whenever you give a sample online test. make your environment like a proper jee exam hall environment. sit for proper three hours. this will surely help you in your exam.

Lastly Revise, Revise and Revise

The most and important step is to do a proper revision of what you have learned so far. forget all the things that you not study for any kind of reason just make your revision on the things that are important and also those things that you have noticed many times in previous question paper. this things would be enough for revision.

Conclusion

Anyone can crack this exam and get into the prestigious IITs . just you have to be extra cautious about your two hours study plan. don’t forget that a donkey also do hardwork . and we are humans so we have to do extra as compared to donkey. that extra is smart work.

Do your study with smart work. no need to read whole things. read the important topics many times so you will get a detailed knowledge about them that is called smart work.

always remember for the success there is a big role of confidence. your confidence alone works 50-60%. and hard work about 30%. and the rest is dedication and smart work. so be confident about your success and study religiously. If you work daily with keeping all this point in your head, then one day you will surely get the success on this timid path of JEE.

Contempt Of Court

If a person opposes the dignity of court and defies the authority or justice than that behavior is called as contempt of court. Basically being disobedient or disrespectful to the court of law is simply the “contempt”. It is an act of 1971. The person either gets six months jail or fine up to Rs. 2000, or both. In Indian constitution under the article 129 and 215 it is stated that if any person defies the authority or the court then under this article court will imposed contempt of court on them.

The Contempt of Court Act, 1971, comes under Section2(a) as “civil contempt or criminal contempt”. Although they both differs from each other. However, civil contempt is a willful disobedience to a court judgement, writ, order, or etc. whereas criminal contempt means that an illegal act against the society where the person either by their words or actions undermines the authority or disobey the court. These are further regarded under Section2(b) and Section2(c) in the constitution. This act applies to every state of India except Jammu and Kashmir. This gives the court with certain powers to punish an individual for disobeying the judgement of the court. This acts also talk about the civil and criminal contempt with total of 24 sections comprised together. It generally states the concept, definition, defences available, the powers for punishment, procedure, or etc. under contempt of court. With this there is also Section 13 which include the defence of truth which can restrict the powers of the court to hold anyone in contempt only if they don’t interfere between the due process of justice, or amendment. This will balance the powers not only in the right direction but also the fundamental rights so that their can be a proper check in the judicial proceedings of the contempt.

Many people also criticize the Act as according to them there are many uncertainties in the legislation where it talks that how all words, acts, signs and visible representation that interfere in the process of justice can be a punishable offence. The purpose is rightly cleared by the House of Lords in Attorney General v. Times Newspapers Ltd. are ‘to enable the parties to litigation and the witnesses to come before the court without outside interference; to enable the courts to try cases without such interference; and to ensure that authority and administration of law are maintained.’

Freedom of speech and expression is the fundamental right of the citizens. If this is important then the faith on jurisdictional process is also important. Also if there are any uncertainties in the legislation then under Section 13 it could keep a check on discretionary powers of the court. This section also allow the defence of truth in the court proceedings and judges at that time can not charge anyone under this Section.

Illiteracy – A Big Problem In India

What is illiteracy? It means a lack of knowledge or ignorance in any specific topic. For example, a person goes to school but he\she doesn’t know how to start a computer. In this type of person, there is no literacy in computer and he is considered as illiterate in computer education.
Today in workplace, due to digitalization most of the activities needs a computer literacy. Not only in computer, if a person is not able to read and write any lesson then he/she will be illiterate.

A mistake in reading and writing is the speciality of an uneducated person and this can also called the illiteracy.
Unless a person is educated or illiterate, they cannot read newspapers, notice, advertisement, poster etc. Female population is a big part of illiterate population.
In India, female literacy rate is about 65% and male literacy rate is about 82%, so to remove illiteracy, it is important to educate females.
Illiteracy is mainly seen in SC/ST and OBC castes, which is not only poverty, but also unaware, uncertain and reluctant in their improvement. Illiteracy not only makes people deprived of economic development but also in the darkness of poverty makes them deprived of education, reading, writing and many other things.

It’s a a good thing that Indian government is showing awareness in this field and establishing thousands of primary schools as possible. Through which every citizen can be educated. For this Indian government has announced free primary education in government schools.
In India there are many reasons of illiteracy. The first reason is uneducated parents. parents of some children are uneducated who cannot read and write. Today it is truth that in some areas where people of older generation live have not get formal education.
There are many more reasons of illiteracy like no support from parents any many other. Modern generation is made up of science. Today every people are busy in their own work due to which they cannot give information to each other. Due to this reason today everything is written on a board.

In this scientific generation, nothing can be done without education.
To stop illiteracy Indian government has made possible solutions like free education, awareness, grants, night classes, free education materials and books and my other things.
In India, it is much need of reduction of illiteracy rate, so that unemployment and poverty can be reduced. Everyone should take benefits from governmental organizations for education. They should be aware of it. Not only government but also every educated person should try to remove illiteracy. Every practice done by the educated person can help in reduction of this. So everyone should practice for it because it can make our India a developed country and help in removing poverty and unemployment.

Over population: an everytime issue

The beginning of human civilization has marked a devastating change over this planet. Everything, in terms of land, natural resources, animals, water bodies were occupied by the humans at once without any apologies. The breeding and interbreeding resulted in the blast of human population over this earth. Although the spread of this deleterious wasn’t a great deal for our mother earth to handle until it became an obligation and started pulling out every single bit of it’s own resources.

The people of a country are it’s real wealth. It is they who make use of the country’s resources and decide its policies. But what could be done when the real wealth of the country becomes a real burden and starts exploiting it’s own resources?

According to researchers, the world population at the beginning of 21st century recorded the presence of over 6 billion people. But within a very few years it marked 7 billion, as compared to 1930s when it took 30 years to reach 3 billion mark.

Patterns of population distribution in the world –

There is a drastic difference in the way the world’s population is distributed on the land mass. Broadly,90 per cent of the world population lives in about 10 percent of its land area, which is in itself a big reason to worry. The 10 most populous countries of the world contribute about 60 percent of the world’s population. Namely –

  • China
  • India
  • USA
  • Indonesia
  • Brazil
  • Pakistan
  • CIS
  • Bangladesh
  • Japan
  • Nigeria

Density of population –

Each land has a limited capacity to hold a certain number of people living on it. Hence, it is necessary to understand the ratio between the number of people to the size of land.

The areas with more than 200 persons on every sq. Km. are densely populated areas (North -Eastern part of USA, North – Western part of Europe,South, South east and East Asia) as compared to those with 11-50 persons per sq. Km., these are the countries that are either developed or scarcely support human conditions, such as Western China, Southern India in Asia, Norway, Sweden. Other areas like those near North and South Poles, the hot and the cold deserts and high rainfall zones near the equator have very low density of population regions of the world with less than 01 person per sq. Km.

Though there is an availability of such a great land mass, the world’s population is congested in such a small portion of land, rather a great sign to think upon, since it not only grapples up the natural resources of a particular niche, but also creates a chaos in terms of the survival of every individual. Neglecting the fact that certain factors affect the distribution of population over the earth – geographical, economic, social and cultural – the trend in which population grows is also a large factor that has contribute towards the overburdening of the earth.

Trends in population growth –

Since the beginning of human civilization, the population change also have seen different patterns in it’s doubling time, there is a great variation among regions in doubling their population. While the population doubling time in the developed countries is more, whereas we see that the time taken by the developing countries to double their population is less, i. e. there is a negative correlation between the economic growth and population growth.

8,000 -12,000 years back the world population then was nearly 8 million. In first century A. D. it crossed over 300 million mark. Around 1750s , at the dawn of industrial revolution, the world population exploded to 550 million. It took more than a million years for the human civilization to attain 1 billion mark. But it took only 12 years for it to rise from 5 billion to 6 billion between the years 1987 and 1999.

Impact of population change –

A small increase in population is desirable in a growing economy.

However, surpassing the limits of population spurt can lead to severe problems –

  • Continuous depletion of resources
  • Increased hatred among people
  • Extinction in large number of flora and fauna
  • Increase in global warming and degradation of environment
  • Disturbed food chain

Apart from over population being an everytime issue, decline in the population is also a major headache for the developing human community. It’s never too late to hold on the dreadful explosion of human bombs and it could only be done with the ” Human” efforts so as to maintain a balance over the earth, otherwise the earth will take the revenge in it’s own way and would leave no stones unturned to destroy this human population from the earth.

The Never-Ending Relationship Between Nepal And India

Last month as soon as the news of  Narendra  Modi inaugurating  80 km (50 mile road) Lipulekh Road , which lies at a three way junction with Tibet and china, started doing rounds Nepal called for talks with India .The road serves as the shortest route between Delhi and the Kailash Mansarovar, the Hindu Pilgrimage. It’s also the most feasible trade route between China and India .As per the talks made, solutions were to be sought by way of negotiations. The Govt. of India has been refrained from carrying out any activity  related to the road till then.

The Nepal Government have now passed new Constitutional Amendment Bill in a move to update their National Emblem, which shows the new map of Nepal now including Lipulekh, Kalapani and Limpiyadhura. This bill was passed by 258 members, out of a total of 275 members. Around two-third of the majority  have voted for it. The map  was  passed by the National Assembly, the Upper Chamber of Parliament and approved by Devi Bhandari, Nepal’s President  before making part of the constitution.

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is nepal.png

Government of India reacted to this by saying that it was totally self-centred and myopic decision on part of Nepal’s Government, as it fails to reflect any type if seriousness .New Delhi on the other hand have always focused on willingness to mutually solve the issue in a conducive environment. This artificial claim by Nepal seem to be not tenable. It’s violative of the understanding of the outstanding boundary talks.

Let’s Jump into History!

Back in the year 1817,Nepal had clanned to the area of Nabhi, Kuthi, Tinkar and Chhangru villages. Tinkar and Chhangru were returned to Nepal since they fell to the east of River Kali, while the other two villages were refused to be returned. According to the then Governor General , and the Treaty of Sugulai, the dispute regarding whether Kuthi, Yanki and Lipugadh stream flows into the Kali River or not, was resolved .But now the current claims  that these three areas are part of Nepal’s Map are contrary to the protocol and treaty signed by China.

At the time when Sonia Gandhi had been denied entry to the Pashupatinath Temple, on grounds that she was not a Hindu, made Rajiv Gandhi impose blockade on Nepal. Since then China used Nepal against us in it’s conspiracy, and the ties worsened between the two countries forever.

Since the two countries  have a 1880 km long open border, Nepal has increased it’s troop presence. Around 30 Indians were planning  to cross the Nepal territory , when the Nepal troop stopped them mid-way and asked them to return. People chose to hurt them by throwing bricks. As a reflect action, 15 rounds of ammunition, out of which 10 rounds were fired in the air. Three Indians got injured , out of which one died. They’ve even detained one person .The Indians are trying to talk to their Nepali counterparts, to solve the matter and not stretch it further.ave

India has been for long supportive of supplying medical aids in the form of hydroxychloroquine tablets, test-kits in the fight towards the Pandemic. All this has led India to a situation, where we’ll have to make a choice between resolving the matter through negotiations , or settle down by talking with Kathmandu. Recent news show that New Delhi is willing to talk to Kathmandu, so they’ve been asked to pause the process of the new Map.

Nepal has no other option than maintain good relation with India , because it is landlocked by India from three sides, and if India reiterates, it would have a adverse impact on the economy of Nepal. China is not an alternative for India, because China accounts for only 14% of the total imports, whereas India on the other hand accounts for nearly two-third of the imports .And, as far as the exports are concerned,India receives around 60 % of Nepal’s export, while China being self –reliant receives just 2% of the total Nepal’s export.

Mental Health: Children, Young People, and Families

Mental health is a widely overlooked aspect of a person’s health. People don’t consider it as important as their physical health, mostly because the injuries are not visible. However, they often forget that the signs are always there. Mental health problems are often directly proportional to the day-to-day happenings in our lives. Most mental health problems start developing at a very young age, but parents often ignore the warning signs. At such an impressionable age, children need to be taught about their mental well being too. It is imperative that we address the issue of mental health among children, young people, and families.

Children and Young People

It is seen many-a-times that the physical needs of a child are obvious, but his or her mental needs may be neglected. Even when the red flags are identified, there is a stigma associated with mental illness.

Some problems that children suffer from are ADHD, autism, anxiety, anorexia (eating disorder), depression, and bipolar disorder. Warning signs include intense mood swings, self-harm, substance abuse, sudden appetite loss, fidgeting, and continuous nightmares.

health

A few suggestions to nurture a child or adolescent’s mental health could include talking to them about their day; asking them if they are facing any problems at school. This strengthens your bond with them and they start trusting you more. As a parent, make sure that your ward eats a healthy and balanced diet, is physically fit, and takes part in outdoor activities.

Provide children with a healthy environment at home; a child should feel secure in his surroundings. Help them build their self-esteem and confidence while talking to them. Encourage their first steps towards new interests. This would enable them to open up more and express their feelings and doubts. And most importantly, don’t condemn them when they do something wrong. Instead, let them know their mistake and work together to improve it.

Families

It is obvious that an individual’s mental health problems will have consequences for others within his social networks and most importantly his family. When it comes to mental illness, the emotional and behavioral consequences for family members go largely ignored along with having a huge impact on their financial component.

menheal

Family life often becomes unsettled and unpredictable as the needs of the ill become paramount day by day. The afflicted often feels that he’s isolating those close to him. Children may find it difficult to understand why their parent is not his/her usual self. Therefore, many tend to blame themselves and grow up feeling abandoned, lonely, and isolated.

In case a family member suffers from a mental health problem, you should not let him feel dismissed and disregarded. Instead, you could try to understand what he is going through, his inner turmoil, and try to help him cope with that. Children need special care at this time as they are perplexed by the happenings in their lives.

You should try to mend the broken relations, leave the toxic people in your lives behind, and create a positive impact on others’ lives.

(2) Looking for romantic, binge-worthy Hindi TV shows? Here are my top 6 recommendations.

Hey everyone! So as I promised, the Part 2 is here. And without any further delay, let’s get started!

3) Pyaar Lafzon Mein Kahan
This one is actually a Turkish drama which went on to become the most popular drama in Asia. Dubbed in Urdu as well, it was on-air in Pakistan. All the episodes are available on YouTube. Murat Sarsilmaz is a rich businessman and his junior assistant is Hayat Uzun who has forged her identity as Suna Pektas, for the sake of the job else she would have to leave the city. Through a series of pretty romantic twists and turns, they quite organically fall in love with each other and she finds it difficult to confess the truth about her identity to him because he is a truthful guy of high moral values. They still get married and watch to find out more. It’s again a must watch. The chemistry is sizzling given the fact that the leads are extremely good looking (Burak Deniz & Hande Ercel). The boss-employee love blossoming in a workplace is a treat to watch. They get jealous too often and honestly, its kind of cute. Scenes are very well written keeping the *realistic approach* in mind and it’s a nice engaging show, in general.

Picture selection was too tough, ahh

4) NAVYA…Naye Dhadkan Naye Sawaal
A Shaheer Sheikh starrer alongside Somya Seth; this one is a fresh college love story between the oh-so-cute chocolate boy Anant Bajpai and shy-and-sensible Navya Mishra. There are such beautiful, intimate scenes depicting college romance and the innocent chemistry between the leads will make your heads turn, for sure. The show goes on to be quite boring and the family drama creeps in post their marriage, so if you wish you can discontinue watching right there. The musical track too is fresh and soothing. Give it a try on Disney+Hotstar. I am sure the innocence will

5) Jijaji Chhat Per Hain
This one’s a rom-com genre show set in Delhi. Elaichi, played by Hiba Nawab is a happy-go-lucky and carefree girl who is the talk of the town for her mischiefs and good looks. She is impressed by the innocent, mild-natured and meek Pancham played by Nikhil Khurana who is the salesman at her father’s lehenga shop. Pancham denies Elaichi’s advances which make her fall for him even more. The episodes are amusing and flirtatious, watching Pancham fall a prey to Elaichi’s pranks everytime until finally marrying her is cute. The chemistry is sweet with Nazm Nazm playing in the background. It’s a pleasing love story. You can watch it on Sony LIV or MX Player and on even SAB TV as they are re-airing the show which ended just before the lockdown began.

6) Yeh Pyaar Nahi To Kya Hai
This one is a short series of 120 odd episodes available on Sony LIV. Siddhant Sinha and Anushka Reddy are childhood sweethearts.
