“Medicines cure diseases, but only doctors can cure patients” – Carl Jung

India celebrates National Doctor’s Day every year, on this day doctors across the country are honoured for their relentless service. This day is like a tribute to all medical and healthcare professionals who have attended to patients and did their bit for the society irrespective of all odds. This day is to express gratitude towards the importance of doctors in our lives and the role they play in the welfare of this humankind.
In India, National Doctors Day is organised by the Indian Medical Association (IMA).

The Doctor’s Day theme this year’s stands, “Lessen the mortality of COVID 19”. It includes awareness about asymptomatic hypoxia and early aggressive therapy.

July 1 marks the birth, as well as the death anniversary of one of the most renowned physicians in India, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. He was also the second chief minister of West Bengal. Bankers in India are more productive working from home

Work from home may remain part of the norm for many in India’s financial industry beyond the end of the world’s biggest lockdown. The reason: elimination of lengthy commutes in the past three months has boosted employee productivity. Take Jefferies’ India team for example. On average, its 60 members have managed to save over an hour every day on commute and 70% of them have seen higher productivity, according to a note from the brokerage, drawing on a survey of its staff.

As banks and asset managers around the world try to figure out how they’ll manage their offices after the coronavirus pandemic, many in Mumbai – India’s finance hub – see the opportunity for permanent change in how they work. The average commute time on the city’s major routes is over an hour, more than twice the averages of SingaporeHong Kong and New York, according to a study by the IDFC Institute, a public policy think-tank.

Neil Parikh, chief executive officer of Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services, like many others is finding the experience better than expected – so much so that he’s reconsidering plans of adding to the money manager’s offices in India’s top cities. He plans to equip new hires with laptops and high-speed Internet connections instead. “Now there’s no stigma around working from home,” he said. “I can see some from my research team being much more productive. Working from home saves almost 3-to-4 hours everyday in travel time for some people.”

Reliance Securities Ltd. has shelved plans to shift to a new premise. The firm, one of India’s leading retail broking houses, will have half its staff continue to work from home as it implements a rotational program to comply with social distancing norms, according to Chief Human Resource Officer Meenaa Sharma. “Many of our employees are saying that their productivity has gone up, and feedback from clients on research reports is good,” she said.

Second Wave
nullWhile the daily number of virus cases in Mumbai, India’s worst-hit city, has been stable in recent days, concerns over a second wave means businesses have little choice but to operate remotely. With economy set for its first full-year contraction in 40 years, India has begun reopening from the lockdown imposed on March 24 even as the country has the fourth-highest number of infections in the world.

Yet, not everyone in the world of finance is in a position to work remotely on a long-term basis. While banks and stock depositories had been open through the lockdown, designated as ‘essential services’, dealers who execute trades may have to return to office in greater numbers once regulatory relaxations are rolled back. “Businesses like ours where there’s sensitivity of information, at least some part of staff like dealers have to be in the office” said Jinesh Gopani, head of equities at Axis Asset Management Co. “Those parts were allowed at home because it was a crisis. But it is not ideal from the regulator’s point of view in the long term.”

For now, only a fraction of the staff in the financial-services industry is back in office. The unexpected benefits of working remotely mean it’s likely to be a favored option well into the future. “Productivity has improved dramatically because of removing unproductive travel time,” said Gopani. Working from home one or two days a week may become ‘the new normal’.

Win your trades by loosing your fear.

If you don’t follow the stock market then surely you are loosing something amazing. The stock market is a wonderfully efficient mechanism for transferring wealth from the impatient to impatient. In a lame language ‘A stock market, share market is the aggregation of buyers and sellers of stocks which represents ownership claim on buisness, these may include securities listed on public stock exchange as well as stock that it only traded privately. Investment in stock market is done mainly through stock brokerages and electronic platforms. The stock market is the most important way through which company raise money, along with debt market which are generally for imposing but do not trade publically.Stock exchange offers liquidity which enables investors to quickly and easily sell securities. It is the indicator through stock market the country’s economic strength and development are measured.Rising share price, for Instance trend to be associated with increased buisness environment and vice versa.Share price also effects the wealth of house hold and consumption. The smooth functioning of all the these activities lead to economic growth in that lower costs and enterprise promote the production of good and services as well as possibly employment. The way to earn money in the stock market is to buy a stock then when price go up sell it,if it’s not going up don’t buy someone has rightly said ,”We don’t have to be smarter than the rest we have to be more disciplined than the rest”.

What we know about the financial crises is that we don’t know much.

Financial crisis is any broad variety of situations in which some financial assets suddenly loose a large part of their nominal value these situations are interlinked with the stock market crashes and the bursting of the other financial bubbles, currency crisis and sovereign defaults. In the 19th and early 20th century, many financial crises were associated with banking panics, and many recession coincided with these. Financial crises directly results in loss of paper wealth. The World major economies are currently affected by the pandemic this is a crisis like no other, and there is substantial uncertainty about its impact on other and people’s lives and livelihoods. A lot depends upon the epidemiology of the virus , the effectiveness of the containment measures and the development of the vaccine which is hard to predict. The corona virus recession or the great shut down has which rose an economic consequence. The first major sign of the corona virus was the 2020 clash stock market clash and the International monetary fund (IMF) reported that all of the G7 nations has already entered or entering the “deep recession” and that had already lead to slowdown of the emerging economies. The recession had led to unemployment Worldwide and the recession saw the collapse of the price of oil triggered by the price war.During the crash, global stock market made unpredictable and volatile swings mainly due to extreme uncertainty in markets.

Darkness tries to Eclipse light but as long as there is love shadows REMAIN illusion.

An eclipse is an astronomical event that occurs when an astronomical object or spacecraft passess by the Sun or The Moon.An eclipse is either the result of an occulation (completely hidden) or a transit ( partially hidden). The term eclipse is most often used to describe either a ‘Solar Eclipse’ or ‘Moon Eclipse’.A Solar eclipse occurs when the portion of the Earth is engulfed in a shadow cast by the Moon which fully or partially blocks the Sunlight. This occurs when the Sun , Moon and the Earth are aligned.Such alignment concides with a new Moon (Syzygy) which indicates that the Moon is closest to the ecilptic plane. In a total eclipse the dusk of the Sun is fully obsucred by the Moon.In partial and annular eclipses, only part of the Sun is obscured. On 21st June 2020 Solar eclipse marked one of only 5 such instances where a maximum Solar Eclipse was visible from India in a time frame of the next 100 years. The annualar part belt of the eclipse passed through cities like Joshimath, and Dehradun in Uttrakhand,Sirsa in Haryana and parts of Rajasthan it was almost visible from ever part of the country.India witnessed the magnificent “Ring of Fire” and saw the skies turn dark as the Moon overshadowed the mighty Sun.
