Call for Paper – September 2017 Edition

Submission open for September 2017 Edition:

Last Date of Research Submission : August 21, 2017

Authors are cordially invited to submit papers to the upcoming edition Volume 4, September 2017 Edition. The manuscript/ paper can be submitted via email to editor@edupediapublications.com  The email must bear the subject line “IJR: Paper Submission”. If you face problems with paper submission, please feel free to contact the editor at editor@edupediapublications.com Vide circular IJR/2017, a maximum of 3 co-authors can participate in any IJR paper submission. A maximum of 8 pages are allowed for any paper/ manuscript. Manuscripts submitted to this journal will be deemed as they have not been published and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Paperwork

Vide circular IJR/2017, International Journal of Reseach (IJR) is integrating a secondary review process starting from the February 2011 edition onwards. With the inception of the new refereeing process, the minimum review time is being extended to twenty five days. Researchers should submit the articles early for timely review intimations.

Paper Template:

Publication of any articles/ manuscript in International Journal of Research requires strict conformance to the paper template. However, initial submission of an article or manuscript for review need not be compliant with the template.

Once the paper is selected, the authors will be asked to submit the camera-ready paper. The camera-ready paper is the final version of the article/ manuscript that will be published in the International Journal of Computer Applications Digital Library. While submitting the camera-ready, the authors must take extreme care so that the paper strictly conform with the prescribed template of International Journal of Computer Applications.

Copyright Transfer:

Once any manuscript is selected for publication in International Journal of Computer Applications, the authors must submit the copyright transfer document to IJR.  Please refer the comprehensive set of guidelines while filing the copyright form.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that nothing in their papers infringes any existing copyright. If previously copyrighted material is included, authors must provide evidence that the copyright holder has given permission for its use. A provision for the same is available in the IJCA Copyright transfer document. The authors are requested to verify the manuscripts before submission to curtail any future infringement claims.

Formal Conditions of Acceptance:

  • Papers will only be published in English.
  • Each article/ typescript must be accompanied by a statement that it has not been submitted for publication elsewhere in English
  • Previous presentation at a conference, or publication in another language, should be disclosed.
  • All papers are refereed, and the Editor reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.

PERCEPTION OF EMPLOYEES TOWARDS JOB SATISFACTION IN BANKING INDUSTRY: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY

ABSTRACT

According to the Economic Times, the Indian banking sector has plans to recruit 25,000 employees in the coming years. Besides it, the second largest public sector bank has plans of recruiting more than 5000 people.  The Indian banking Industry has become the largest job providers among all sectors in the country with recorded more than 50,000 vacancies being announced in the private and public sector banks.

Employee satisfaction is a significant success factor for long term survival of any organization. Employee satisfactions play a major role on economic development of both country and corporations. In the same way, the success of banking industry depends on the efficient employees. The employees satisfied with their jobs are efficient and perform their duty effectively that leads to overall development of a sector. Therefore, analyzing the level of satisfaction of banks employees is need of the hour as it would enhance the performance of banks. The present study is based on both primary and secondary sources including 100 respondents (employees of banks) of NCR area, Sonipat (Haryana). The present study intends to analyze the perception of employees towards job satisfaction in banking industry.

The submission must accompanied by a certificate that the contribution submitted is a piece of original research work of author and has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
