To get a passport in Poland, you must complete the following documentation:

  • Polish birth certificate,
  • Polish marriage certificate (if applicable),
  • PESEL number,

  • passport photo.

The passport application needs to be filled in the Polish language and, what’s next, submitted to the appropriate institution which is the Polish Consulate or General Polish Embassy with the consular section.
