Who doesn’t like to live in a clean and neat home? We all regularly clean our house to keep it free from the dirt. We keep ourselves clean and follow good hygiene practices as well.

Just like we think about cleaning our home and body, the same way we should think of cleaning our environment. This is equally important because keeping cleanliness around you has many benefits.
Here are some benefits of cleaning:

● Cleaning is a great stress buster. Transforming a dirty place to a cleaner one can change your mood and also give you relief from your tension or stress. Once you have finished cleaning, you feel better, happy and relaxed.

● Living in clean surroundings can keep you away from different types of diseases and infections. This is because, cleaning kills majority of the bacteria, germs, viruses residing in the environment which are the main reason for spreading various kinds of illnesses. Personal hygiene is equally important to protect yourself from diseases.

● When you work in a cleaner environment, you become more productive. You can be more focussed towards your work and come up with new and innovative ideas for your work while sitting in a cleaner room. If your room is cluttered and messy, you can’t concentrate on your job properly.

● Residing in a clean place can make your thoughts positive and keep you away from the negativity. Clearing the dirt around you also cleans all the dirty ideas in your mind and helps you to have a positive approach for life.

● Cleaning can also prove to be good exercise. There is a lot of physical work involved in cleaning that can help you to burn your calories, as it involves the use of the entire body for removing the dirt from different places.

“Learn to look at the positive side of failure.”

Nobody likes to fail in their life in any task or work. Everyone likes the taste of success. Success gives you pride, popularity, money, and happiness. But it is not possible to be successful every time in your life.

Sometimes, you fail in your work. Failure is not liked by anyone. It makes you feel that you are not worthy enough of anything. It makes you weak emotionally. But there are many things that can be learnt from failure. I have listed down a few below:

● Failure motivates us to keep trying and not losing hope until we achieve our goal. It teaches us the importance of hard work. It teaches us to not take things for granted and become more serious about our work.

● Failure helps to boost our imagination skills and makes us innovative in life. Because when you fail in your work once, you try to attempt so many different and new ways and create your own methods to gain success in your work. In this process, your mind works in a way to keep improving your thought process.

● Failure gives you some valuable life lessons. It shows you, who is with you during your tough times because people always stand by you when you are successful. But they do not always support you in your failure. Failure thus displays the real side of your dear ones.

● When you fail in a particular task, you do feel bad about it. No one likes to lose and you are always scared to accept your defeat. But, failure will mentor you to face your fear of not winning a task. Once you face it, you become familiar with it and this removes the fear of losing out from your mind. It boosts your confidence and you take more efforts to win your task.

●  When you don’t succeed in your work, you feel depressed. But, you also start finding out ways to get out of your depression. You begin to work on yourself. You train yourself to focus on all the good and positive things and stay away from the negativity. Failure thus helps you to become emotionally strong.

●  Everyone has failed in some or the other phases of their life. Failure teaches you to be inspired by others. It teaches you to be happy with your struggle rather than success. It teaches you to learn from other’s life struggles and get inspired from them, how they faced failure in their work and overcame it successfully.

● Failure helps you to experience more. You get a better and deep understanding of your work and how things work. Through this experience, you bring some changes in your strategies and develop new ones to become successful.

So, whenever you feel low or insulted because of failure and want to give up on your work. Just remember, that everything in this world has a positive side too and teaches us a lot, so never miss an opportunity to learn from it.

Likewise, failure can also be a good tutor and you can become a better person once you start accepting it. Learn to never give up on things easily, keep trying for it and also accept your defeat with gratitude.

Writing is my favourite pastime. I have a habit of writing daily. It is that time of the day which I like the most. This is because I get a chance during this time to write down what is going in my mind freely without any interference.

As time is progressing, people are forgetting the traditional art of writing which involves a paper and a pen and are shifting towards digital writing which is achieved by means of some kind of device. But this form of writing can never replace the conventional method.

There are many benefits that you can get from writing, such as:

● You can express the thoughts that are hurting you emotionally through writing in a better way. You might not feel comfortable to speak to someone about your stress, but writing it down could be an effective way to get rid of it. Once, you finish writing you feel free from tension.

● Writing definitely improves your writing skills. But, along with that, it also boosts your imagination and creativity skills, as you think of new ways to present your ideas on a paper. Your vocabulary improves as you learn new words while writing.

● You can relive any moment of your life at any time if you have a habit of writing about your daily routine. You make many memories in your lifetime and can live them whenever you want to simply by turning back the pages and reading about your old memories.

● Writing brings clarity to your ideas. It helps you to communicate effectively. Your thought process becomes more clear and direct due to writing. This helps you to make better life decisions.

● Writing teaches you to be more determined and confident in your life. While writing, you get involved in a completely different world wherein you are the boss of your thoughts. You just focus on your writing and are least affected by other people or what’s happening around you.

● You feel so calm and peaceful once you finish writing. This is because you get a sense of accomplishment after writing and you are able to completely drain out all your thoughts onto a paper.

Thus, writing has many advantages to offer. Even if you don’t actually like to write, then too you should try to take some time from your daily routine and invest it in writing. This will gradually evolve the interest for writing in you and you will start liking it.

So whenever, you are tired of using the digital devices and thinking of doing something new without any investment. The best thing that could be done is to take a piece of paper and a pen or pencil and start writing. Just keep writing without any fear of being judged by anyone.

“Take some time to spend in nature.”

Being a green panther, I feel that nature can heal all your pains and so I am always in search of a place that is the closest to nature. Living in close proximity to nature offers so many advantages.

Whenever you are feeling like doing nothing and frustrated about your life or you don’t feel like meeting anyone virtually or physically, then the first thing you should do is to get out of your home and spend some time in nature.

Just plan for a picnic with your family or friends to a park or a beach or mountain side or let the nature lover in you take a solo trip to the forest and see the changes that happen in your behaviour. You instantly feel so joyful and calm. The time that you spend at these places will restore back your interest in life.

● Nature teaches you so many things:

We get to learn from the moon to remain peaceful during hard times in our life.

Whenever you feel betrayed in life and disappointed about people’s behaviour, then the best thing to do is get in the arms of mother nature. Nature always accepts you and nurtures you. It acts as a teacher and also helps you as a friend by providing many valuable resources.

Mother nature has always helped humans since ancient times. We get many physical and mental benefits by staying close to nature. Despite the innumerable gains that we get from it, humans behave ruthlessly with it by causing its destruction. We are already facing difficulties due to the imbalances that we have created in nature. But, it is our responsibility to preserve everything related to nature and live with it happily.
