Our Heritage Journal provides a framework for conveying various research and academic brilliance in the field of business and management. Business and Management is a continuous process that requires the production and distribution of goods and services for the human requirement. The Journal aims to provide monthly journals that are published after peer-review from editorial board members from across the world. It provides a platform for research in areas of business, commodity, human resourcing, marketing and sales in Islamic banks. The review process involves the Online Journal Management System.
It is an online manuscript submission, review and managing systems. Review process is done by the editorial board members of Our Heritage Journal or outside experts. Three independent reviewers approval along with editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript. Authors may submit manuscripts and track their progress through the system, hopefully to publication. Reviewers can download manuscripts and submit their opinions to the editor. Editors can manage the whole submission/review/revise/publish process.

Health Administration or Healthcare Administration is the field relating to leadership, management, and administration of public health systems, health care systems, hospitals, and hospital networks. Health care administrators are considered health care professionals.

General finance

The management of revenues, the conduct or transaction of money matters generally, especially those affecting the public, as in the fields of banking and investment.

HRM

Human resource management (HRM) is the governance of an organization’s employees. Human resource management is an essential function of both private and public sector organizations.

Microfinance

A type of banking service which is provided to unemployed or low-income individuals or groups who would otherwise have no other means of gaining financial services. Ultimately, the goal of microfinance is to give low income people an opportunity to become self-sufficient by providing a means of saving money, borrowing money and insurance.

Multinational Finance is the management of finance in an international business environment; that is, trading and making money through the exchange of foreign currency. The international financial activities help the organizations to connect with international dealings with overseas business partners- customers, suppliers, lenders etc. It is also used by government organization and non-profit institutions.

Organizational management

The process of organizing, planning, leading and controlling resources within an entity with the overall aim of achieving its objectives. The organizational management of a business needs to be able to make decisions and resolve issues in order to be both effective and beneficial.

Financial Management means planning, organizing, directing and controlling the financial activities such as procurement and utilization of funds of the enterprise. It means applying general management principles to financial resources of the enterprise.
